Jasmine Spa and Wellness Centre is a place for holistic health retreats. Guests participate in a 1- 2- or 3-week on-site wellness program. Programs may be individualized, and include meals and accommodations for the duration of the guest’s sejour. Q2. What can I expect from my experience at Jasmine Spa and Wellness Centre? A2. You can expect to nourish your physical, spiritual and emotional self at the Jasmine Spa and Wellness Centre. Holistic regimes are designed to alleviate stress and develop strategies to achieve and maintain optimum health. Q3. Who goes to the Jasmine Spa and Wellness Centre? A3. People of all ages and walks of life come to Jasmine Spa and Wellness. Jasmine Spa and Wellness Centre offers a safe and comfortable environment for guests who aim to manage weight; improve diet; stop smoking; manage stress; or nourish one’s mind and body in a natural environment. A4. No. Jasmine Spa and Wellness Centre has activities for people of all fitness levels. Complimentary health and fitness assessments allow for customized wellness programs. Q5. Do I have to participate in all activities? A5. No. Programs are developed to meet guests’ objectives, therefore, if a guest chooses to modify a program, s/he may choose to do so. Guests will be encouraged to focus on their goals and Wellness Centre staff will facilitate the process in a safe and nurturing manner. A6. A 12 night stay is recommended to fully benefit from a Jasmine Spa and Wellness Centre general program. This time period allows for an assessment, development of goals, and implementation of personalized program so new habits can be effectively implemented in your usual environment. Q7. How shall I prepare for my stay? A7. Review the information package provided when your reservation is confirmed and we recommend the following:

Jasmine Spa and Wellness’s Centre’s commissary (general store) stocks a wide range of personal items, casual sporting clothing, and giftware for your convenience. Q11. What time of day can I arrive? A11. You can arrive on the day arranged with Jasmine Spa and Wellness Centre. If changes are required to airport transfers, arrival or departure dates or times, please notify Jasmine Spa and Wellness Centre a minimum of 72 hours in advance. Q12. What are the transfer arrangements? A12. Complimentary guest transfer services are available from Puerto Plata and Santiago Airports. Q13. Do you accept credit card payments? A13. Yes. We accept Master Card and VISA and for a 4% processing fee will be charged when payment is made by American Express. Other credit cards may not be accepted. |
